Every dataset and deployment comes with its record.
The same four promises apply to data, expert work and platform. This page explains what each one means for you.
What each promise means.
Licensed
A written agreement from the rights holder covers AI training use. The terms are included in every delivery.
Consented
Where individuals are involved, their agreement to the use is recorded and linked to the data.
High quality
Data and expert work are checked against a written specification, and results are available to your team.
Provenance-tracked
Source, terms, processing steps and version are recorded for each dataset.
Records that continue after delivery.
For systems we help deploy, the aim is the same: you can explain what the system learned from and who has touched it.
| Access | Who can see and use each dataset and model is set and recorded. |
|---|---|
| Monitoring | Deployed systems are watched for quality and behavior over time. |
| Audit trail | Changes to data, models and settings are logged. |
How a dataset gets its record.
Source
We identify the rights holder and the people involved before data is collected or received.
License and consent
Terms and consent are agreed in writing and stored against the dataset.
Process and check
Anonymization or capture checks, then quality review against the specification.
Deliver with record
You receive the data together with its provenance record.
